Conclusion

The Prophets of Allah were above the ordinary human beings and were given special talents, gifts and miracles by Allah. However unlike any other Prophet, Allah’s Messenger Muhammadwas sent not to just to one nation at a particular time, but to the entire mankind as a mercy and guidance from Allah, Quran Surah Anbiya 21:107. After him, there would be no more Prophets and the after the Quran, there would be no more amendments or updates in the religion as the Quran applies to everyone, at every time, under any circumstance and Prophet Muhammadwas granted the largest ummah out of all of them.

Narrated by Abu Hurairah, Allah's Messenger () said, "My similitude in comparison with the other prophets before me, is that of a man who has built a house nicely and beautifully, except for a place of one brick in a corner. The people go about it and wonder at its beauty, but say: 'Would that this brick be put in its place!' So I am that brick, and I am the last of the Prophets."Sahih al-Bukhari Vol4: 3535
